Me: Try to get anxious.
Client: I can’t!
Me: Try harder. Think about any of the stressors in your life. Step into the situations. Try to feel it.
Client (struggles): I can’t.
Me: Good.
Client: I haven’t felt this good in years.
Me: Hold on to good feelings.
