Here's an amazingly simple tip for changing your mind and changing your life, in the realm of abundance. When we say "abundance," we're not just talking money, moolah, dough re mi, though that is a wonderful application of this idea. We're talking abundance in all things, joy, health, wealth, love and so on. It's about attitude. It's about expectations. It's about seeing the sunny side of things versus the dark side. It's about optimism versus pessimism. Optimism is defined as: a disposition or tendency to look on the more favorable side of events or conditions and to expect the most favorable outcome. Pessimism is, of course, the opposite: the tendency to see, anticipate, or emphasize only bad or undesirable outcomes, results, conditions, problems, etc. If you change your attitude, if you develop a winning, optimistic mindset, you'll discover that you attract abundance more easily. Research shows that those most successful in business, and I believe the happiest, most successful, fulfilled people in general on this planet, have an extremely optimistic view of the world and themselves. Their inner voices say: "I can do it!" And those positive expectations lead them to taking positive action. Expand your vision of what's possible. What you focus on expands. Truly! Your attitude influences your results in the real world. When you have a winning attitude, when you expect good and positive things to happen, you begin to find evidence that you're right. Good things manifest in your world. This attitude, optimism versus pessimism, is a choice, and you pessimists reading this (if any) can develop new choices. You can change your focus. I encourage you to do so and monitor your results. Say to yourself: "I am an optimist!" Notice the good things already in place in your situation, and be grateful. If you focus on "life is a struggle, and I'll never get ahead" your life will prove that true. If you focus on "abundance in my life is increasing every day" and "good things are always happening for me," then those things become true. Think about the abundance you'd like in your life, in whatever form, and know that it's possible. Know you deserve it. Imagine you have what you'd like, right now, and experience the feelings that go along with having it. Take action to get it. My mother called this winning, optimistic mindset "seeing the world through rose colored glasses." Try them on! ***************** THE POWER OF NLP Escape from the ordinary!
